AJ’s Place was founded in memory of AnnaJoy Lindsey for the purpose of building community among others who have experienced the heartache of baby loss, and to share Joy and beauty out of the ashes.

We Are Steve & Heather
Our infant daughter passed away in 2014 at one week old. As we walked through the difficult days that followed, we experienced a myriad of emotions.
During this time, people gathered around, helping to hold us up and to walk alongside of us. Through that much needed support, we recognized the necessity of community.
So we are building and growing an ongoing community of families who can relate to each other. We are connecting with people right where they are. Our desire is to provide emotional and spiritual encouragement to those who have been struck by this tragedy, share the Hope that better days are ahead, help bring closure by providing the funds necessary to allow hurting families to create a meaningful memorial stone and to create healthy families who can connect with and help other bereaved families. We give access to resources because no one should walk this alone.
